Alton Tower's Scare Fest

I'm not sure how many British users there are on this site, but I was wondering if anyone had ever been to the Alton Tower's Halloween "Scare-fest". If you don't know what Alton Towers is, it's a theme park in the center of the UK.
I'm thinking of going this year (in costume, of course
), but wouldn't mind hearing from someone who'd perhaps been in an earlier year.
The idea of it sounds amazing; as well as the atmosphere of being in a theme park full of enthusiastic Halloweeners, you get to ride the rollercoasters in the dark!
