TD ONE? - must be an error...

I presume the NHC made an error sending this out , but I have not seen an explanation...given that it is dated Jun 8, 2006...some headers removed for brevity.

STORM WATCH FOR WESTERN CUBA FOR THE PROVINCE OF PINAR DEL RIO AND
THE ISLE OF YOUTH.

INTERESTS IN THE NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR THE
PROGRESS OF THIS SYSTEM.
