Those are some pretty nice haunts.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

What candy!!! All the dang trick-or-treaters took mine! What's the point of living in a solitary house on a huge hill if they can just drive up? Next year... I release the hounds.

 Yeah, we see them coming in cars, too, when the weather is inclement.

This may have been the first year when no one in my house actually TOTed, so for the first time I had to buy extra candy for us. I decided that October is TOT month, so of course we had to have a bowl of candy around most of the time.

I keep an antique ice bucket filled with Reeses miniatures at all times.

Can't, not have the minis.

My husband would like that! However, I try not to have candy around all the time. We eat it if it's there! I guess I buy candy four times a year--Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's, Easter. Halloween is by far the biggest candy holiday in our house.
