"Darn trick or treaters, i've been trick or treated to death tonight!"

"You don't know what death is."

Halloween II

"Oh please, no...no.no....AAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH...ARRRGGHHHHHH."

HOSTEL
The dark night beckons. Bear us your soul, it whispers. Expose your wicked delights. Join the rest of us on the wind. The dark night beckons and we answer. Sailing into the shadows.

"Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing,
Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before
But the silence was unbroken, and the darkness gave no token,
And the only word there spoken was the whispered word, `Lenore!'"

From one of my favourite poems.. :)

Two poems.

November Night
by Adelaide Crapsey

LISTEN.
With faint dry sound,
Like steps of passing ghosts,
The leaves, frost-crisp’d, break from the trees
And fall.

The Haunted House
by Vic Crume

Not a window was broken
And the paint wasn't peeling
Not a porch step sagged yet there was a feeling
That beyond the door and into the hall
This was the house of no one at all
No one who breathed nor laughed nor ate
Nor said I love nor said I hate
Yet something walked along the stairs
Something that was and wasn't there
And that is why the weeds on the path grow high
And even the moon races fearfully by
For something walks along the stairs
Something that is and isn't there

Garfield's halloween adventure:

Jon: You're probably wondering what I'm doing with this pumpkin on my head.
Garfield: Wahoo! There's a pumpkin on your head! I hadn't noticed.

Simpsons treehouse of horror IV:
Lisa: Mom! Dad! Mr. Burns is a vampire! And he has Bart!
Mr. Burns: Why Bart is right here!
Bart: Hello, mother. Hello, father. I missed you during my uneventful absence.
Homer: Oh, Lisa! You and your stories! Bart is a vampire! Beer kills brain cells! Now let's go back to that...building..thingy....where our beds and tv...is.

I'm pretty sure it's from Lost Boys.
