How do I add pictures?

I know how to add pictures off of a webite. But I do not know how to add pictures off of the computer.

The photos have to be 256k or smaller in size (I edit mine then save on the desktop).

Open a 'reply' or 'new topic' and below the text window is another window called 'upload attachment'.

click 'browse' and look for your file. When located click the file name then go back to the 'upload attachment' box, click on 'add the file'.

If it's the allowed size (or smaller) the upload window will close and then click on 'submit' like you would to add a reply to a thread.

I totally do not understand why that happens.

Some photos that look tiny on my computer look gigantic when they post, some just the opposite?!

On the my computer when I view a picture it shows the picture but not in it's real size. I can view it in its real size by opening it in paint or clicking "Acual Size". I guess its the same on your computer.
