Myersfan's Cool Find

Post by MyersFan1 » Mon Aug 24, 2009 1:07 pm

I just found this attraction online and I think it would be awesome considering its relatively close to where I live. I love hayrides in October, and this particular one is supposed to be pretty scary too so that makes it even better. Check it out.

Wow! That does look pretty cool. Too bad it's in Virginia. Ah, well. It is STILL an excellent find!

Thanks Jadewick! Yeah well there's not much of anything else in Virginia so it's always nice to make a find like that

OH and i see your from Arizona. Definitely one of my favorite states I've been too. I went to Phoenix several summers ago and visited ASU and U of A which were both very nice! Very beatutiful place where you live, lucky you.

Hey, I'm from Virginia! :D But too bad because I'm about 3-half to 4 hours away from Ashland, VA. I live here in Norfolk and Virginia Beach area. ;)

Thanks for finding the link, MyersFans1! I really do appreciate that information. 8)

that sounds like a ton of fun! we have a pretty good hay ride down here at Pope's Haunted Farm.. there after the hay ride we have to go through the haunted barn (which is like a haunted house so that's a plus) to get back to the entrance :)
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

VA beach is a fun place iHaunt. I actually was there not too long ago just to check things out.

Hayrides are just one of those things I HAVE to do during Fall. I went on one last year that took me around a country farm for about an hour. Although it wasn't scary it was still very nice to go around and see the scenery like the colored leaves and the pumpkin patches.

Adrian, that hayride sounds awesome. Anything with a haunted barn involved has got to be awesome

Halloween in the country does have a great feel. Your signature seems like a very creepy farm somewhere out in the country. Love that scene.

There are some Halloween stores and Haunted Attractions/Houses here in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Of course, we do have some haunted hayrides. :D They always open every year, but Halloween stores open all year round. 8)

That's cool I wish my town had that kind of stuff all year round. I saw one haunted house in VA beach on Atlantic Avenue, and the building had a huge skull on it. I think it's called Nightmare Mansion but I'm not sure. Here's a picture i found.

Of course, it's very scary! Nice props and everything! Enter :@: your own risk!

Seriously, would you dare to visit there again? They're always open all year round, plus they do always change the room scenes and more, you know?
