Blast from the Past

Post by MyersFan1 » Fri Aug 28, 2009 12:08 am

Anyone remember these classic Halloween commercials and advertisements that came on T.V.
I love seeing them again, but I also become terribly nostalgic. Here are some of them.

You probably had to be born in the 80s or early 90s to truly remember and appreciate these. Please post more that any of you guys can find.

I remember all of those except for the Pizza Hut comercial. My favorite was the Pepsie & Doritos comercial

You don't see nearly the ammount of Halloween themed comercials or specials on tv any more.

these are fantastic!! thanks for sharing
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

The McNuggets were stupid-cute.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

My favorite was the Pepsi & Dorritos comercial. I remember getting a good laugh the first time I saw that comercial. ".....what, no dip....."

I never knew Dracula was so 'picky-unish.'

I'd glad you guys liked them! I'll post some more eventually.

Pumpkin man your correct. You hardly ever see any Halloween commercials like that anymore. A PERFECT example to show how Halloween is being censored more and more as time passes. It makes me sick.

That's 'political correctness' rearing it's ugly head. Alienate milions of people so a tiny minority won't be offended.
