The Coolest Halloween Prop You Have

Post by Corvus Kulde » Tue Oct 20, 2009 2:43 pm

I love yard decorating. My current favourite prop is a ghostly lady we call Druscilla. She's nothing but styrofoam and an old white costume but we love her, and I am always amazed at how many scares and second looks she gets. So without further adieu... "What's your favourite prop?"
Oh, your so cool, Brewster!
Hey, Butchy. They still got Oreo's next door?
Dracula's in the house!!! In the house?!
Welcome to the party, Honey!

mine right now is my grave yard :) its home made, tombstones, the fencing, everything!! i love it.. it looks home made too and i like that!! looks as if a good family made it... well just me really hahaha i had a lot of fun too
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Probably my Grill Guy. He's the one I always get the best reaction from. The grill looks cool at night; there is a string of red lights where the coals would be, with lots of blinker bulbs so different parts of the strand blink on and off at different times, making it look like hot coals. And the head sitting on the grill I made from scratch; sculpted it in clay (over a plastic skull), then made a plaster mold, then cast it in latex, filled it with foam, and painted it. I made it a few years before I made Grill Guy, and since one side of it looks burned, it goes well with the set-up.

These are all great! MacPhantom's Grill Guy is sweet. My wife and I love your handiwork witchy. Speaking of Grave Yards we just got ours set up today. Inspiring stuff.

Ta!

This year, I'm hooking the grill up to a fog machine. I'll take a video and put it on the U-Tubes when it's up and running.
