The first step to curing your addiction is admitting you have one.

(Obviously, none of us are going to do that. :P )

The second step to curing your addiction is carving a pumpkin. The third step is carving another pumpkin. Then eat some candy. Put a skeleton in the front yard. Break out the orange lights! Hang some severed limbs from a tree!! Is there any of that fake blood left!?!? HANG SOME ZOMBIE HEADS FROM THE FRONT PORCH!!!!! COBWEBS!!! WE NEED MORE COBWEBS!!!!!

Hale hale, the gang's all here.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Today we got our first snow of the winter season, very exciting! So far we have gotten around 5 inches and it is still coming down hard. :D. Nothing gets me in the Christmas spirit like a December snow!

still no snow here :? dern this southern weather
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

Snowed a couple of inches last night...and we are expecting a huge storm this week...around 8-12 inches.
They say that life's a carousel
Spinning fast, you've got to ride it well
The world is full of kings and queens
Who blind your eyes and steal your dreams
Its heaven and hell, oh well

Have fun with that, Midnite! Be careful driving though. :)
Our snow is already melted! :( Not bad for a first snow though, we got an inch.

I noticed the neighbors across the street finally put away their fake jack o' lantern and got out christmas stuff.
I began to ponder whether one of you guys was living across the street the whole time. :p
This probably seems crazy, crazy, a graveyard theory,
A ghost tried to approach me and got leery.
Ask him a question and he vanished in a second...

You'll know if you live across the street from me, because you can still see my moldy, rotting jack o' lantern in the flowerbed in front of the porch.

And Bucky is still dressed as the Phantom.

My pumpkins went into the compost heap. This way, they can bring new life to new plants in a future garden.

Well I'm sitting here sipping hot tea and nursing this cold I caught. :(
Watching the rain pouring outside the window and wishing for snow instead.
Tomorrow they say the winds will be blowing at 55 mph+!
