Personally, I wouldn't be craving it, but it's very cute and clever! I can see it becoming a big hit. My kids would definitely go for it. This would be a good party food -- you could make mini ones or even put little faces on them for kids' parties. And for those watching their carbs, it's perfect!

I hope it would be so delicious, but I've never tried to taste a real turtle in my life! Have you tried it before?
