I watched a handful of episodes from season 1, it's a decent show but it's monotonous, the story line is basically the same in every episode. Run from the zombies, get held up trying to get away, have to sacrifice someone in order to escape. But the makeup effects are great

I'm liking it so far. It's slow, but for some reason it sucked me right in!

I set my hopes too high, and I was really let down when I first watched it (when it aired last year). I just started re-watching it on DVD the other day, and I'm liking it much better this time. Yeah, some of the dialogue bugs me, and some of the acting is weak, but it's a better show than I originally gave it credit for. I have to stop expecting it to be Breaking Bad with zombies, and then I can enjoy it more.

I was a huge fan of season one & can't wait for season 2. When season one aired here in England we were only 5 days behind the USA. It better be the same again, which I believe it is!

Whilst watching the latest episode of Falling Skies an advert came on confirming that The Walking Dead will be starting over here in October as well. :D Just no word yet on actual date.

I'm glad about this. Hopefully it will only be a 5 day or less gap like last year with the USA!

I can confirm that it will air in the UK on October 21st, which means we'll only be 5 days behind you guys again! :D

By the way, do any of you collect the graphic novels for it too? I do! They're a great read! I love the artwork! :D

I have my calendar marked! The FX is the best, but wish the story lines would move faster than it does! but that is just me!

Here's something for you Spooky...

The Walken Dead

It's a show about the planet being overrun by zombies who quote lines from Christopher Walken. The trailer looks entertaining.

I watched them all when season 1 originally aired too, but I forgot everything that happened, lol. That marathon really helped me. :D
