Newbie from New Orleans, looking forward to a cooler Halloween season.
This morning when I woke up and the sky was all dark and cloudy, I knew right then and there that this was going to be a lovely day.

I have been checking in but rarely post. i post at a blog frequently with a great group of people. I have known most of them for years on other sites.

Any luck on the job search?

Thanks for asking. Honestly, I have procrastinated this summer. But we just paid upwards of $9000 for our daughter's fall semester at college, so I have to get serious about looking for work or she won't be able to return in the spring.

We'll have to check out the tumblrs. Btw, I think the "~*~Wit Beyond Measure is Man's Greatest Treasure!" quote is from Rowena Ravenclaw and Luna may have quoted it since she was a Ravenclaw.
