Price forecaster predicts only 4 hurricanes in 2009 season

Well, I wondered why a certain financial writer said weather and prices could not be predicted. So I put hurricane numbers into my price models. It started my interest in weather forecasting.
Here's what came out: 4 - 7 Atlantic/Gulf hurricanes in 2009 (but I think closer to 4 than 7).
