Pumpkin Coffee
Ok so The pumpkin coffee creamer flavors aren't out yet but I have a quick fix. Add some french vanilla creamer to your coffee and sprinkle on a little pumpkin spice, stir and instant pumpkin latte. It is really good

Re: Pumpkin Coffee
Torani makes an excellent pumpkin pie flavoring syrup, both in regular and sugar-free, that is great in coffee - several coffee houses in our area use Torani syrups to make their flavored blended coffees - both hot and cold. I like to whip about a tablespoon of real pumpkin with 2 tablespoons coffee per serving in a blender, put in bottom of coffee cup with a splash of syrup than add hot coffee, a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spices. I don't see why it wouldn't work with hot chocolate too, chocolate and pumpkin are a great flavor combo.

So chocolate and pumpkin go well together? Has anyone tried making a chocolate pumpkin bread? I don't really eat pumpkin, but now I'm intrigued...

Well now, here's a recipe! I have not tried it so I can't give it a yay or nay, but it sounds all right so I think I may test it out in the coming weeks!

Re: Pumpkin Coffee
Well I gave the chocolate pumpkin bread recipe a try last night. My thoughts:
Everyone other than me who ate some thought it was great. I've decided that I don't care for the taste of pumpkin, so it didn't work for me.
The recipe doesn't specify what kind of chocolate chips to use so I chose dark chocolate which gave the bread a very, very strong chocolate taste.
It also took quite a bit longer to bake than the recipe instructed. After 40 minutes at the instructed temperature, I took it down to 300 and it had to bake another 30 minutes before it was completely done.
Just a few things to keep in mind in case anyone is thinking about trying this

Re: Pumpkin Coffee
I love pumpkin bread, but I'm not sure I would like the taste of chocolate in it. As for the timing--I often find that my quick breads take longer than recipes specify.
