Favorite costume

Post by mandy0221 » Tue Jun 12, 2007 7:45 pm

What is the favorite costume you have seen someone else where? I was trying to think of mine, but I have seen so many good ones.

One of my favorites is from many years ago: A woman was a pig at a costume party, but she really did it up right. She wore pink long underwear, stuffed with pillows, a little curly pig tail, and little pink pig ears, and of course a little pink pig nose. But the touch that made it great was that all down the front of the belly she had put vitamin tablets UNDER the fabric and put a little rubber band around each so that they stood out like nipples...and she carried a basket with a whole slew of stuffed baby pigs. It was ADORABLE!!

My favorite is still my daughter's idea from a few years back; Shakespear's Ophelia, back from the grave.

My girls a chip off the old block, I tell ya! It was sad AND creepy! DAMN! I wish I'D thought of it.

We didn't get any pictures Image ....... One of my big regrets

But I DO have a nice little pic of my little devil....... uh... Angel! heh heh!

Your message gave me an idea for a new Halloween costume...

Freddy Crougar Mellencamp!

Dr. Strange, that's freaking hilarious. If I'd had something to drink, it would have shot out my nose. You had me rotflmao, in the lingo.
I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His hair was perfect.

Dr. Strange - I love the song - made me actually laugh out loud.

OEJ - I have to admitt I am bad about taking photos. But I did remember my uncles costume from last year was a jeanie and he got pretty creative. Here is a picture

Yep! That's pretty clever! It looks like he did it up, himself, too, which makes it that much better!

P.S. Where did he get the John Lithgow mask? :D

hey Mandy0221, WOW your uncle's Jeanie costume is terrific! very creative and well done

Wow so many creative ideas. I think about one of the most unique costumes I've seen wasn't so much the costume it's self but where it was worn. Years ago I worked in a really rough Biker Bar, "it was in many ways my home" awesome place it was, but thats another story. Anyways, like I said, we had a pretty tough bunch of burly customers to put it mildy, and one of our bouncers year after year would dress up as an adult baby, and I mean dress it up, he'd go "ALL OUT" and if you could only picture a 6'3'' tall bouncer wearing full blow baby wear complete with dirty diaper have to break up a fight between some HA"S then you've seen a pretty amazing costume, and to not lose his soother at the end of it all was just way too funny. Of course the baby bottle full of Crown Royal helped I'm sure
