Favorite Ice Cream?

Okay. I realize it's winter. It's so cold down here in Georgia that I have to work late tonight and for the next two or three nights. We have to go out and try to convince homeless people to go to shelters to keep from freezing. Contrary to what you watch on TV cop shows, in the real world homeless people who might even be mentally unbalanced cannot be forced to go somewhere they don't want unless under special conditions.

So while I'm waiting for my car to get ready, I'm sitting here thinking how much I love ice cream. Even in winter. I like banana splits, milk shakes and ice cream cones and ice cream in a cup.

My favorite ice cream is peach, pecan and coffee flavored ice cream. Sometimes I'm in the mood for bubble gum ice cream. Of course nothing beats a good old fashion choclate shake.

Back before the Atlanta Olympics I went there to work on a new hotel. Up until then I never realized it got cold that far south. One night it rained then got very cold, we couldn't get in the van the next morning because it was covered in a sheet of ice. BTW: I'm currently sitting here with all my windows and doors open because it's just way too warm out.

As for ice cream... you guys have Coldstone Creamery? I like the french vanilla mixed with white chocolate and macadamia nuts in a waffle bowl. I also like the eggnog milkshakes at Jack-in-the-Box, which sun-of-a-gun! I didn't get any this year.

Oh and, my favorite is any vanilla as long as it has vanilla bean in it.

I don't have a specific favorite per say, but I do enjoy things like moose tracks with the little peanut butter cups, fudge brownie, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate chip cookie dough, rockie road, Heavenly Hash, and sometimes I even like a good chocolate mint chip.

Really depends on my mood. Once in a while I go for strawberry, but I'm really not crazy about flavors like maple walnut or most fruit flavored ones. (Strawberry being the exception of course.)

When I first had my gastric bypass, I actualy hated ice cream, but now I crave it, even with the cold and snow. My personal fav it Blue Bunny brand "Champion Chocolate." I rather fond of their "Butter Pecan" too.
