Black robe is Anakin Skywalker, but Luke Skywalker's robe is dark brown.... I'm getting confused. :? I did see Obi-Wan's brown robe is very expensive! :?

No worries... I will post a link here anytime.

Lukes Jedi costume in Return Of The Jedi was black, Anikins in Revenge Of The Sith was also black but very different. Most Jedi's wore the traditional brown cloak/robe...

I believe as they explained it in Star Wars 101 that the color of Luke's clothes from Episode IV are meant to reflect his innocence and naitivity(White, Light yellow) and as he gains more experience in the force and the movies his clothes reflected that and got darker and more 'wise' as a Jedi Master.

the EU (Expanded Universe) really goes into all that technical detail stuff, explains what a lot of stuff, both before "A New Hope" and in between the three movies and after "Return of the Jedi", but I never got into all that fandom stuff. I am pretty much an Original Trilogy fan and almost hate the prequels and never read any of the EU books, stories, games, etc. So I'm sure there is a detailed and technical information about what color his outfit was, why he wore it, who made it and so on.

I just go by the documentaries I saw on History and Star Wars specials with George Lucas and the creators of the original trilogy.

Get out of the house more often...
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

Is there some law that forbids leaving toddlers home alone?

Andy, it's not that I don't think my kids wouldn't be ok...cause they will but it's what they would DO to the house while I am gone that keeps me up at night...and the dog? He'd just laugh at me...

I do remember that my friend told me that Luke Skywalker was the Jedi Master when Yoda passed away, is that true? I know Yoda was Jedi Master, and he did train all Jedi youngsters and apprentices.

I dont think Luke was ever a Jedi Master in the movies, but I believe he became a full Jedi at the end of ROTJ when he "saved" his dad and faced down Vader.
A Jedi Master means he was on the Jedi council during the "old republic" like Yoda was....and Obi Wan was a Jedi Knight

this is some interesting reading here, and dives into the EU of Luke

according to the Wookieepedia Luke became a Jedi Grand Master when he reformed the Jedi council and began training new Jedi several years AFTER ROTJ.
