Well, I suggest http://www.rotten.com - but I highly recommend that website is definitely NOT for any kids, even anyone under the age 18!

There was a movie about that a couple of years ago. I think the title was "Fear.com," but I can't swear to it. Anyway it was about a serial killer who had a web site. His victim would be featured on a web cam, and there was this "link" that web surfers would click on, and after a certain number of clicks, the death device or what ever would be triggered while everyone watched on web cam.
