GreatPumpkin if you are an adult and live alone, you really need to be aware, because if these goof balls who use your property as a 'drop point' for counter ban gets caught, you could be implicated in ' contributing to the delinquency of a minor ' In addition, in some cases if they find ilicit drugs like cocane, they can CONFISCATE your house. The so called "War on drugs" gives the police all kinds of power to confiscate houses, cars and even cash. There's no due process, no trial, no nothing. They find drigs, they just bring forfiture proceadings against the property.

So it's allways a good idea to check any bushes, trees, or any other obvious hiding places for 'counter-ban' for anything that's not supposed to be there, and dispose of it imediately.

Luckily I never found any illegal substances hidden in my bushes, but I have found beer. Lately I have not, however as when I did find the beer, I confiscated it right off the bat.
