My dd's friend was a dead school girl last year. She wore a little tartan skirt and added some scissors and a pencil sticking out of her neck with a little spirit glue. She powdered her face real pale and darkened circles under her eyes. It was great. creepy but great!!!Belladonna wrote:My favorite season and favorite day of the year!
I think I'm going to try a dead prom queen/dead cheerleader thing this year. Can't wait!

Here are some pictures I took when I was back east about this time last year. They were taken in Mill Creek Park in Youngstown, Ohio. If you want to see more go here. The place is beautiful. Here are more pictures of the park.

I love the idea of the pencil in the neck! She has a great imagination!
NeverMore, the shots are gorgeous. I love the colors reflected in the water.
Great job!

I was sad to see the huge tree at the Flats had rotted and fallen. I got pictures of it laying on the ground being chopped up into kindling. It's almost like a part of my childhood died. First Idora Park, now the big tree.wendythewitch wrote:i grew up in youngstown, ohio, i spent a lot of time in Mill Creek Park....when i was a teenager the flats were "the" place to be....people throwing frisbees and just hanging out checking out teh opposite <deleted>! later on I took my kids to the playground by the golf course and baseball fields.

Oh man! They're getting stingy. That's the whole reason I originally signed up to Webshots, so I can share my images. I'll look for a way to turn that off. Don't really want to have to upload all those again.Andybev01 wrote:*sniff sniff* I guess we're not your 'friends'?. webshots won't let me view full size.
