Happy Independence Day!

Post by iHaunt » Sat Jul 04, 2009 2:38 pm

I would like to say "Happy Independence Day and Fourth of July!" to all of you. 8)

So, you know that on July 4, 1776, we claimed our independence from Britain and Democracy was born. Every day thousands leave their homeland to come to the "land of the free and the home of the brave" so they can begin their American Dream.

The United States is truly a diverse nation made up of dynamic people. Each year on July 4, Americans celebrate that freedom and independence with barbecues, picnics, and family gatherings.

We invite all nations to celebrate with Americans this Fourth of July. :D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AMERICA!

Happy late Fourth of July to all. My Fourth was very exciting, we had lots of food and lighted fireworks until midnight

We are still shooting the last of our fireworks here. Just have bottle rockets and a few smokebombs left. We love small explosives!!!

I have a few things set aside for Halloween, like all of my orange smoke bombs. I have a 500 firecracker string set aside for New Years Eve, and tons of things saved for next year.

Well, the smoke balls should be available at any fireworks stand in states where fireworks are leagal and the fireworks stores are opened year round. I got mine in Indiana, but the smoke balls come in assorted colors which include orange. The smoke bombs I was referring to were more shaped like a dinamyte stick and smoked for about 2 or 3 minutes solid. I have about 5 or 6 saved, and ready to go for my outside pumpkins when the TOTers come to the door.

I don't know where you live, or what the fireworks laws in your state are, but I would suggest doing a web search. Most likely you will have to do some driving because most fireworks dealers won't deliver at all and the ones that do will charge you a $100.00 or more "Haserdous Materials" delivery fee, but to me it's worth it. I shop for a lot of my 4th of July fireworks as early as January, because that's when I can get the best price on various items.

Next June, when the fireworks business picks up, it should be easier to find orang smoke bombs, but they will be more expensive then if you purchase them during the off season.
