I know this will not apply to everyone here, but for most people in America it will. Daylight Savings time happens on November 1st at 2:00 am. While that means an extra hour of sleep for most people, for halloween fans, it means an extra hour to celebrate.
I apologize if this has already been mentioned elsewhere here.

I'll have to moderate my consumption of adult beverages that night so that I'm not passed out and can enjoy that extra hour...

Although I still maintain that changing time on clocks is weird... I think this is one instance where it has cool potential.
(Arizona, Hawaii and Deleware-- last I'd heard-- are the only states not on daylight savings. I know Arizona doesn't do it because of energy-use... ya don't want more daylight in a desert state where you have to run your air-conditioner an hour longer.)

Parts of Indiana do not either, I believe.

I live in Southern Indiana and we finally switched to DSL about three years ago. I'm not sure about all parts of the state, though.
