halloween in Virginia

I am moving to virginia at the end of the summer. Just in time for halloween. Can anyone tell me of any special halloween festivals or triditions unique to virginia?

Every year, on the 13th of October, the headless ghost of Robert E. Lee rides the country roads of Virginia on his phantom horse Traveller. They say if you catch a glimpse of him, you wake up on the 14th a Tea Partier...... :shock:

yes its Langley Air Force Base in Hampton VA. I have never been their before so im not sure what to expect.
