I am selling my home and moving in to an apartment at the end of summer. I dont know if halloween will be as much fun. i love decorating the outside of my house, but i wont be able to do that anymore. Also i dont think too many people trick or treat at apartments. what can i do?

How big is your new apartment going to be?? You could have a Halloween party and invite all of us to come join you. If we each bring a bloody prop, a pumpkin, a bottle, and a bag of chips, it can still be a rippin' good Halloween!!

Nothing sucks the fun out of a holiday like 'community rules'.
I have one of those lamps with a printed shade that rotates and casts huge Halloween shadows all around the room.
In my last (hopefully) apartment I set it in front of the main window, shining onto a set of plain white curtains. If that was against the rules, no one said anything about it.

I've never done decorating anything in the apartment in the past, but one of my friends did in his own apartment long time ago and there were not so many TOTers coming over there.
I would say go over your friend's house or someone you know, maybe they have own house with Halloween yard display so you can join with them to help them to decorate everything. Also, give out the candies. If you do join them and help them to decorate something bigger to make it looks scarier!
