It's from the movie Trick 'r Treat, which will probably never be released. The imagery in the film is quite good.

'Trick 'r Treat' Update, What is Really Going On?
We received a call this morning where we learned that Warner Home Video will in fact be releasing Michael Dougherty's Trick 'r Treat (review) on DVD in the future, although no immediate plans have been made. What we found interesting is that we were told that the horror anthology will also play in a few theaters this October (see it in NY October 13), so a few lucky individuals will get a chance to check it out soon! For everyone else you can get hyped by picking up the Sideshow Collectibles toy, which is now shipping, or check out the incredible book that ships this September. More details on the release when they come in.

There are Halloween decorations in many stores here.
Big Lots was the first to get them out, but now the dollar stores are doing the same.
I already got a few things, not that I really needed them.
Some people will say it's silly to start thinking about Halloween this early.
Of course, they don't complain when Christmas items all the rage several months before Dec, 25.
