I'm a bit of a "Johnny Come Lately" to this thread, but if we were planning a Thanksgiving Get-together, I would bring a stuffed barbecued turkey. The dressing or stuffing recipe is one that was in our family for many years.

I really have no idea about collard greens. All I know is I like them!

For beans, I like baked beans or green bean casserole.
