I might also recommend the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies...if you can find them. Ooh, there's also the Pumpkin Bread I have a brilliant recipe right here: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pumpkin-Br ... etail.aspx
Also, don't forget to pick up Pumpkin Muffins and make Pumpkin Pancakes for breakfast and I'm also working on a recipe for Pumpkin Juice. You know what...just add Pumpkin Spice to anything you bake.
(I almost forgot to mention: This time of year they've got Pumpkin Ice Cream!)

Last year Ben & Jerry's had a pumpkin-cheesecake ice cream that was delicious enough to raise the dead. I had to be chained up in the root cellar for three months to keep me away from it.
