Don't know why, but I've never liked tuna hot. I'd eat it every day straight out of the can if I wouldn't die a rapid death of mercury poisoning, but I just don't like it hot. :?

Have you ever watched 'The Best Thing I Ever Ate' on Food network?

There was a grilled cheese featured last weekend; multigrain bread with a slice of Toma cheese and (drool) a chunk of goats milk brie in the center. It looked like molten gold when they pulled the sandwich apart.

Served with a creamy tomato bisque soup.

I like it. It features all of the chefs from the network talking about best thing of different categories, that they have ever eaten, and which restaurant serves it.

The one on bacon made me pass out.

I've seen it as i flip through the channels, it looks good, but I've never watched it. I stopped watching "Unwrapped" because it always made me crave foods I didnt have in the house, that show might do the same thing to me.

Anyway, for my dinner tonight.... fried ham, hominies (white corn), pinto beans and biscuits.
