I do prefer guillotine killings because they are best and have a lot of gore.

It would seem that John Wayne Gacy wasn't the only serial killer Jason Moss made buddies with. He apparently also befriended Richard Ramirez, Henry Lee Lucas, Jeffrey Dahmer, and Charles Manson.
It's not uncommon for people to appeal to the ego of a serial killer in order to garner information from them or to even get close to them (like a crazed fan would). I know all the hype to search for the Green River Killer was taking away notoriety from Ted Bundy's trial-- Bundy was so upset about the loss of attention to his trial that he actually HELPED POLICE profile and catch the Green River Killer.
