I get all mine out in the first week of October and start putting it up between the first and second week. Usually its later then that but I need more time to do it this year and I'll be doing more. Only a week till it's all out!

Mine is already out and displayed.

My corporate overlords are hip to my seasonal affliction and let me put things out for each season.

I try to ease into it so that they don't have me locked up.

Here's the start of the Autumn display; just something small on the overhead behind my desk.

The little pumpkin dude was a gift this year (thanks Allison!).

...and here's a little something I threw together for the lobby 2 years ago. I add or subtract stuff each year.

It's about 3' tall and everything, including the urn, cost less than $30.00...so far

I love this time of year!

So did I. I actualy put up some of my lights yesterday, and will have all the other things up tonight.

I started a couple days ago by putting up the wreaths and have put up a little more each day. I didn't want to put up too much too soon but today I ended up putting up half of my stuff, lol.

My artificial pumpkins and ceramic Haunted House is out already and set up. Tonight I hang all the lights and my teathered bat, and on Saturday I carve my first pumpkin of October.

I finally got away from the oppressive Nazi landlords I had last year. My decorations go up on 10/1...which would be TODAY. *insert geeky happy dance here*

Tonight is going to be a busy night. I plan on starting after I got to PT this afternoon. The only thing I won't do yet is carve my pumpkins. I don't want them to ruin.

I put a few things (more) out on Sunday but got really into it.

I'm going down to the barn this weekend and drag out the storage bins!!!

I have the outside ready to light October first which means I have to hurry home and put up the rest of the stuff tonight. I round it out over the next week. Then I start inside for the party.

OMG!! Your the one who lived in the apartment run by Hitlers men!!! I am glad you got away from there! Those rules are such a load of bull****!!!!

Am I to assume that you lived in an apartment that had really strict rules about Halloween decorations? That's one of the main reasons why I decided to own a house instead of rent.
