The remake of "Last House on the Left" had some pretty horrific scenes in it.

SPOILER ALERT. READ NO FURTHER IF YOU PLAN TO SEE THIS MOVIE AND YOU DON'T WANT THE ENDING GIVEN AWAY.

At the end of the movie, the victim who's house was invaded by these punks is a doctor. He didn't have any duct tape or rope, so he surgicaly paralized this one guy from the neck down, and then put his head in a microwave oven with a defective safety switch. You see his face blister up, and then his head explodes.

Ok, here is a brief information about Caligula.
Caligula is essentially what happens when a porn baron decides to create the world most expensive porno movie. Starring esteemed English thespians and a host of Penthouse pets, Caligula pushes the boundaries of taste by portraying the Roman empire as an orgy of <deleted> s e x, excessive Fellini-esque spectacle and gory violence. It's not horror title, but the levels of outrageous violence make this an interesting curio for the hard to offend.
