Oh it's heaven! I just add a pinch, it really brings out the punch of the peppers.
Not enough to taste like coffee chili!
I use chicken sometimes, too. But I like beef the best.

I guess i'll try it sometime, what kind do you add? I'll try just about anything just once.

I just use the ground espresso from my shop. I fresh-grind it though.
But any type of dark roast coffee from the store. Just use the powder itself.

Wow; I know y'all are crazy but, Habanero?!!!
However I am going to stop at the store on the way home tonight for chili fixin's and saltines. Gotta have saltines in chili.

I've never been a big fan of Oyster crackers, my mom use to love them. I don't know, maybe not salty enough.

I love making home made chili but it takes me all day so I need the stuff in the kitchen the day I make it

I like grated cheese and green pepper and sour cream and onions on top of mine too.
I like some Pepperjack Cheese but no onions or sour cream. Sometimes I make chili mac with my leftovers.
