last night I took some chorizo sausage, took it out of the casing and cooked it up loose then put that into some country gravy and poured it over buttermilk biscuits, oh man that was good!!!

I'm making Spag, and a loaded salad, cheese garlic bread & a Angel Food cake with fresh strawberries, I can't wait for dinner!! Yummy!!

I'm making two recipes from my TOH Halloween issue--apricot glazed pork loin (crock pot meal) and the Italian squash casserole. The casserole smells wonderful but took forever to chippy chop up. (It has roasted garlic, butternut & zucchini squash, red onion, garden tomatoes, and red bell peppers). I'm also going to have mashed potatoes.

Me either. Maybe meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans and garlic breads. (Homemade dinner). ;)
