Lariam: Side Effect: Some of the most frequently reported side effects include difficulty sleeping and bad dreams, but Lariam also may cause people to experience hallucinations and feelings that people are against them.
More excellent side effects here:

It did, Andy. I think it said something about your mother.

I like the commercial for Sears Optical, where the woman is calling her cat to come in for the night, but because her vision is so poor, she mistakenly lets a racoon in the house instead.

That one cracked me up!!
Does anyone remember the Quiznos ad.
" Put it in me Bob"
The talking oven. Talking about wanting that 8'' Torpedo. ( That was what the sandwich was named.) I mean, come on! I've got kids. Do we really need to see this.
Or
"The Big Moment" shown with a cannon firing, fireworks, ship's whistle blowing, on those KY ads. Not what I want to watch with my 13 year old son sitting with me on the couch.

There was an ad not long ago, for some national restaurant chain that featured a family sitting in a table and they keep dropping stuff and making a mess. Every time each one did they would say (the s-word) but it was bleeped out, even the toddler did this.
It didn't air very long and I recently saw their new, non-offensive commercial, and was frankly disappointed.

I saw that one Andy and I didnt think it should be on, my 6yr old said "that little boy said a bad word"
Have you guys seen that commercial for Orbitz where the guy gets out of the hover craft and says "it's the Hernadezeseseses", they cut that part to just "it's the Hernandez's", I wonder why they changed that, it was funnier when he stumbled over their name....

The Quizno's ad that stands out in my mind the most was this one from seven or eight years ago:
