I know that traditional tomato gravy takes hours of cooking, but sometimes pasta tossed with olive oil, fresh tomatoes and basil can be really good.

Add diced bits of mozzarella to that and call me for supper!

Some people do that to add olive oil, fresh diced tomatoes, basil, and apple cider vinegar.

It's really good!
